Patrick McNiff is a Fire & Life Safety Consultant at NY Fire Consultants, specializing in building inspections. During his 26-year FDNY career, he served in Ladder 25 and rose to the rank of Lieutenant. His path to consultancy began with experience as both a plumber and a fire inspector. He completed a plumbing apprenticeship and underwent FDNY fire prevention training. He is certified in HAZMAT and confined space operations and is a member of both the Emerald and Steuben Societies.
