Jim Bullock, Co-Founder of NY Fire Consultants, served 30 years in the FDNY, reaching the rank of Deputy Chief. His areas of expertise include fire spread, command structure, and extinguishment strategy. His proudest moment was serving as Commanding Officer of Special Operations during a key period of FDNY expansion and reorganization. He co-founded NY Fire Consultants with a vision of bringing together highly experienced fire safety professionals. Outside work, he enjoys watching his grandsons play sports.
