Prior to joining NY Fire Consultants Inc. as a Fire & Life Safety Consultant and serving as a certified instructor NY Fire Safety Institute (NYFSI), Captain Kitson spent his entire FDNY career in some of the most structurally diverse areas of the city, gaining expansive knowledge and experience in building construction and safety requirements, from a single family home to some of the largest hi-rises in the city and all structures in between. Captain Kitson also served as a two-term Alderman in the city of Middletown, NY.
